100% SCAM An American in the UK CANNOT sponsor a foreign worker for any reason. Only a UK citizen can sponsor someone to come to the UK. Foreigners cannot sponsor anyone And like everyone has told you, you do not qualify for sponsorship even with a UK citizen. If you have not completed and ONP and are not registered with the UK NMC there is NO possible way to work as a nurse, private or otherwise, in the UK. It is not allowed.
