I want to get into nursing (midwifery) but have no qualifications. What can I do?
I live in the United Kingdom and want to get into nursing. Preferably Midwifery. I have no qualifications or GCSE's. How can I get into nursing without resitting my GCSE's?? I would prefer to do work placement, but open to all options!! Thank-you

you need to start with going to university and find a program that offers that direction. I don't know for sure but think you have to be an RN and then go to graduate school.

i dunno how it is there in the UK, but here in the US, you have to get a BSN first (or an AS with a bachelors degree in something bcos you have to have a bachelors to get a masters), get your RN license and work for a while to gain experience (usually a year or two), then apply for a masters degree in midwifery. good luck!
