like if they needed nurses out there would they pay for a nurses moving expenses?like the plane ride and stuff. if they needed a nurse there?

Doubtful. It's hard to get a permanent job in the UK unless you are moving within a company. Even then it may be limited to 3 years.

you need to modify your question. it's not clear. In the European union they pay their employees to move, would London, England (more specifically, an employer) pay for you to move out there? Maybe if you talked to someone and they really need your skills. Otherwise, i doubt it.

It depends on what company and what contract is offered. Some do some don't. If you are thinking about making the move or when you are applying for the job the advert or recruiter for the role should cleary articulate this for you.
