Assuming you are writing from outside the UK now: You need to register with the NHS (National Health Service) and the Nursing Council. This will cost money, but without it, you can't practice. If you are a RN within the UK, the only thing to do would be to apply for jobs and go to interviews - no different requirements from the rest of England.

you need to contact a travel nurse agency, so you can get some travel/permanent position in london or look at healthcare reruiting agencies. also another reason you want to get with an agency is because of the travel pay .i don' t see how brits get by on such low salaries.anyway i am in ultrasound and i found an agency online that helps find positions and the pay is like twice what regular tech make in london. just searc under nurse recruitment on yahoo.co.uk or msn.co.uk
