Why do Americans want to move to London?
Ever seen some of the questions here? Do they not realize that London is one of the most expensive cities in the world, and that an apartment alone would cost about 300,000 pounds? I saw a recent post from a fellow American inquiring about employment as a nurse in London and owning a vehicle and "a studio flat." Won't that be a little too much too afford with a 20,000 pounds salary? I'm American. Why are the majority of our citizens so deluded?

yeah but its the experience of being in London its a brilliant place I'm British and i know plenty of people who have or want to move to new york city just for the experience of being there and new yorks hardly cheap. all i can say to you is if you dont like it here dont ever come i can see where your coming from but you sound like a typical ignorant american . this country is different to yours yeah it is extremely exspensive here but you dont see us moaning about it all the time and anyway why are you so worried about this for have you ever been to lonodon.

I'm American too and I want to live there because it sounds really cool. Plus, some people need a break from their current environment.

I would move to London because I loooooooove English men I think there sence of humor is so attractive yummmmy it makes me want to them LOL Obviously pounds are woth more than our american money but education also sucks in America If your successfull and have a good education sky is the limit anywere you live Chikie
