You have your answer, Bayer say it is a scam. This is a scam designed to get you to pay fake fees to cover the training. You will be put asked to send the money via Western Union. Once you send them money, they will come back and say that you have to pay a further fee. This will continue for as long as they can get money out of you, but you will NEVER get your training and the job never existed. UK employers have to be licenced by the Home Office to sponsor non EU workers and the sponsoring employer always handles the documentation direct with the Home Office. The sponsoring employer always pays for the visa. Under immigration law, there is no way a UK company could offer you a job without interviewing you and an extensive recruitment process. You have to complete the Overseas Nursing Programme before you are able to work in the UK. It's a 20 day programme and is only offered in the UK and is training under supervision in the workplace. Bayer is a commercial company, the hospital is a NHS hospital. It cannot have a sister company. All UK companies have bank accounts. There is therefore no need to use Western Union EVER to end money to a stranger. If anyone EVER suggested sending money this way, it is guaranteed to be a scam.
